Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return/exchange/refund my order?
As a one-person business, I am unable to process returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email me at noodlehorsedoodles@gmail.com.
Do you mail internationally?
As of right now, I am not shipping stickers internationally. Only throughout the US. Sorry about that!
What if I put in the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, there's a chance that I can still change it if you reach out and let me know soon enough! Once your order is shipped and out for delivery, I can’t change any information.
In some cases, the local post can still make the delivery depending on the recipient address error, but you will need to contact them directly. If they can’t deliver your shipment, they’ll send it back. Then you’ll need to confirm the changed address for reshipping the package at your expense.
When will you mail my order?
Typically I’ll get orders sent out within a few days/up to a week. If life gets in the way and there are any delays, I’ll reach out and let you know!
How do you mail out sticker orders?
For sticker-only orders, I use paper envelopes with a card stock insert to help with bending!
There are two shipping options available; one with tracking and one without. The one without will just be shipped via stamps, the one without will allow you to have a tracking number upon shipment.
Where will my order ship from?
I’m shipping them out myself from Frederick, MD!
Are you available for contract/licensing work?
I am a freelance designer & illustrator working on digital & print marketing design, brand illustrations, icons, merch, and more.
I like fun, cute, colorful illustration jobs with animals, plants, and sometimes people.
Email me at noodlehorsedoodles@gmail.com with your project, timeline, and budget and let’s see if we’re a good match for your project!
Do you do pet portrait commissions?
I do! Check it out.
What medium do you use to make your art?
I make most of my art as a raster using procreate on an ipad with an apple pencil. Procreate doesn't allow downloads in a vector format and most of my art won’t convert well due to the details. I can discuss specific art being delivered as a PSD file, but it will still be one raster layer and will not be editable.
